Dustbuster!
Yes that man has a vacuum on his back and he is cleaning. When I first saw him I had to tell Sandro there was a man walking around with a proton pack. I tried to play paparazzi before but the picture never came out as good as it did this time. Plus he caught me doing it!
I guess watching parts of the mind numbing camera dvd did help a bit.
