Lame lame lame lame lamity lame!

If you haven’t noticed I Have a few nasty feedbacks on Dawanda.

One I can understand. I told the customer if she didn’t receive her order by the end of the week let me know and I will resend. She never messaged me so I thought maybe they were just being held up in customs. I resent even though she already left me a bad feedback. Hopefully she will change it but if not at least I did all I could.

The next person sent cash in the mail and 3 days after I got her payment she decided to leave me bad feedback. I am sure she has probably gotten her package by now and hope she will change her feedback then again I wouldn’t count on it.

The last person never paid for their order. I cancelled it but someone at Dawanda didn’t cancel it correctly so now I have a lovely feedback that says I am incompetent. I requested it to be removed but they have to consult with the buyer.  I don’t understand why since the buyer backed out.

So from now on I will only leave feedbacks after a buyer leaves them for me.

In hopes of spurring some sales I listed some discounted Lego earrings. Hopefully that will change the recent bad reviews.

In good news my etsy shop is opened and I have already had 2 sales!

So everyone please send me some luck so these icky situations just go away and my sales pick up again.

Oh no. I’ve had the same before on Etsy where someone bought about $100 worth of stuff and then immediately left negative feedback - Straight away! I’d obviously annoyed her in some way :) Your stuff is gorgeous and I’m sure your positive feedback shows how good you are :)

Yeah but it seems like I got one bad feedback and a bunch of people were like woo let’s leave negs too!

Oh no, that’s awful! Don’t take it as a reflection on you or your work… unfortunately some people are never satisfied.

I have a few neutral feedbacks regarding the promo bags… seems some buyers were annoyed that when they bought 5 at a time, some bags were the same! When I explained that I would need 100s of sellers to make every bag different and that the idea was that they were bought 1 at a time, they still said that they were only moderately satisfied with the contents of the bags… I wouldn’t mind but they are getting the gifts in the bags from many sellers on DaWanda for free!! Go figure!!!

    Sx

What is it with some people? Do you think it’s the power of anonymity, sitting behind their computer screens? I agree with Lynsey - your products are fabulous…they speak for themselves xx
